Help me bring this really neat Game Boy related app to an English Audience

There is this app called the KB Media Player, it can be found here (http://hwm5.gyao.ne.jp/kobarin/).

It sounds like it does exactly what I want to do which is listen to .gbs (the music files from Game Boy games). The problem is its all in Japanese (which I dont know). What is thought it I could find someone here to localize it for me. I have no idea what that process looks like but hopefully someone here can help.
