We had our towel stock (valued at 5k in storage in California. It was there for over a year. When we went to get our items i was advised they had been removed due to non payments.

There are several points to this:
1. There was non payment as they had doubled the price and i was waiting for them to revert to the price that was agreed
2. I kept in contact with the company throughout and let them know that i wanted to settle the bill and send them to my home address once i moved
3. I offered to make payment by phone (email evidence) and was told to pay online
4. Once I paid on line they told me it was too late.

Everything about this seems both illegal and unethical. Please help!
