Hindi Voice Over (female) and EN-HI translation for DIY videos

We need native Hindi speaker to translate text and make a voice over for DIY videos.
For this project you will need to translate script from English to Hindi and make voice over for video 10 min length ( -8000 symbols text).

Recording must be done on a good external microphone (not that inside laptop or pad), and in a good place, so there wont be echo-sound.

Reading must be with a good diction.
After finishing of recording you will need to delete all noise and give us a .wav file with your audio that we can put over the video plus a document with translated text (.docx). Timing must be the same, as in English version of the video, so you must edit to fit the video.

PRICE FOR TRANSLATION AND VOICE OVER OF ONE VIDEO $ 35 (budget $700 for 20 voice overs.)
