Hiring Manager/Recruiter for Service Company

My Beer Guy is the fastest growing draft dispense company in Illinois and Indiana. We provide great service at a great price. We are looking for an HR Maverick to help us staff our growing companies.. The ideal candidates will have experience recruiting in a service based industry, have an understanding of how to attract the right candidates in a competitive market, and be adept at matching candidates with positions to produce a great job fit. A job analysis and job description will be provided. Understanding or learning current ATS, assessment protocol, and hiring practices are required.

Credentials:
Bachelors degree or HR credentials/experience.

Requirements:
Expert level familiarity with virtual hiring practices

Attributes:
-Ability to communicate effectively and assess candidates quickly
-High level organization, time management, and documentation skills
-A talent for candidate evaluation given minimal input

Duties:
-Use current ATS to screen applicants, set up interviews, and correspond with candidates
-Keep accurate records of applicants and processes
-Assess areas of need and suggest improvement/implementation strategies as needed
-Assess candidates through phone interview and provide proper documentation
-Schedule candidates for in-person interview
