HTML Email coding of template to work with Campaign Monitor

HTML5 email coding of a provided design as a template to suit integration into the Campaign Monitor email marketing system. This requires someone with strong knowledge of Campaign Monitor template tags. Sections of the email need to be created as layouts within a repeater element to allow them to be moved around as required.

The CSS styles should be included in the head element of the email, not inline - that will be done automatically on integration with Campaign Monitor.

It needs to be tested across major email clients (Outlook, Gmail, Mac Mail, iPhone, etc) and then code and images supplied.

Design is supplied as a PDF file only. No Photoshop or Sketch files are available.
