I am looking for an intermediate-level freelancer with Mobile App Development experience who can help me plan and complete my project.

Schooling app features include fee payment, notifications of unscheduled holidays, admin accounts for principal and vice-principal, sub-admin account for other staff members, live chat among teachers, students and principal.

Facebook like feed for posting events of school by principal and staff members and posting of any kind of problems and issues faced by students.
All issues will be visible to everyone.
