I need an ecommerce members area created in a blank asp.net mvc solution.

I need an ecommerce members area created in a blank asp.net mvc solution.
The system should be integrated with our existing sql server db tables.
The following features are needed:
1. Log in page - log in with email/password - with a stay logged in feature
2. ability to create new login acccount - fields: email/repeat email/password/firstname/lastname
3. refetch forgotten password page (by giving your email)
4. once logged in it should have an overview page with the following subpages:
* order history page - shows all the orders made
* if you click on the order id it should show a new subpage with extra information about the order. The extra information has the following information: image of the item bought, name and price. it also includes the address sent to (You will get access to the db table information for this)
* Edit profile page - firstname, lastname, email and phonenumber
* change password page - fields: present password - new password/repeat
* notifications page - fields: checkbox - yes I want to accept newsletter etc.
