in R, Combined a few files by a single column

I need to have a solution that will allow me to combine about about 10 different Excel worksheets in different files in one worksheet by one column. I will provide an access to the folder where you can set it up.
I prefer to have it done in R, and I need to be able to have this solution on my machine that I can do it myself on regular basis.

Here is the example, please also note that there files have different Symbols, not all Symbols are the same or in the same order.

Column 1 Column 2 Column 3
Symbol A B

File 2
Column 1 Column 2 Column 3
Symbol Z B

Combined File

Column 1 Column 2 Column 3 Column 4
Symbol A Z B
