We are looking to transition the IT infrastructure currently managed internally to an
external managed service provider. This also includes bringing power up-to-speed with
industry-standard best practices. The service provider must provide a written Service Level
Agreement (SLA), which covers security concerns, risks, liability, coverage, and performance
criteria; against which the service provider shall be committed to resolving issues and
providing solutions at the first level and in accordance with the SLA.
The services must be provided so that routine maintenance procedures, troubleshooting,
loading hardware and software revisions, patches, etc. will be performed without disrupting
Our business operations.

OBJECTIVES
It would look like to standardize its IT infrastructure in line with global industry-standard best practices. It would further like to create standardized infrastructure/environments across all its global offices, with new updates/policies centrally
managed from one location. The overall objective is to minimize downtime and optimize
business productivity but maximize security at the same time.
