Lead generator to find properties that have been through the Santa Clara County probate process.

Willing to pay $.50 per valid lead. Each lead must contain, property address, owner name and phone number (if listed) and date of title transfer. Freelancer must be willing to drive him or herself to SSC courthouses Probate department and know how to pull required information (if required). Will ONLY pay for leads whos property title has been transferred due to passing. Final list will need to be delivered via email in excel format, up to 300 leads max at a time.
