We are looking for a creative and knowledgable business attorney who is familiar with broker and realtor laws and regulations when building out other businesses affiliated with our real estate buying and selling service. We must remain and stay compliant with local and national regulations and having knowledge in real estate and preventive litigations for Realtors and firms is a plus.
In addition to our real estate team, we intend to acquire a title company, insurance company, become affiliated with mortgage company or JV at the least later down the road. Parntership in these ventures is a possibility depending on level of knowledge and what implementation/ resources you can bring to the table.
Legal guidance liability precautions and know how when it comes to:
* co-marketing with real estate vendors
* Marketing Sales Agreements with Vendors and affiliates
* Creating and maintaining holdings corp around businesses were starting that surrounds
* Knowledge in how to financially structure profit share for agents and managing corp, llcs, etc.
* We intend to wholesale and invest as well, so we need to make sure were disclosing what we need to disclose and what is legal when assigning contracts.
* Respa, Crespa and anything else governing our industry and relationships with title companies, inspection companies, warranty companies, affiliates etc.
* Ability to help provide guidance on starting title companies, and insurance companies that will provide a better experience for our clients when buying and selling real estate with our residential real estate team.
* Questions on possible litigations and ways to protect ourselves at a higher level than broker support with real estate contracts etc.
* Plus... anything else that you feel is important that I didnt mention
An ongoing relationship is ideal so that we can bounce things off of you and being prompt with us is important at times and most things will not be urgent after we begin building out this empire.
