Linear Regression tutorial paper with application to sustainability

We need a tutorial paper for teaching undergraduate CS major level students about using linear regression for data analysis (exploratory data analysis preferred). We need a formal tutorial paper, that explains the theory behind a specific type of data analysis topic, then we need a jupyter notebook or something equivalent to go through the code step-by-step in order to teach a student how to implement the neural network for data analysis.

It should give instructions on the concepts of linear regression, using tensor flow to initialize, and then implementing it with data (must be provided by freelancer). The data/variables should be related to the environment/sustainability in nature. In terms of reusing other known materials, we dont mind them be re purposed for our material as long as its not the theoretical tutorial itself, which should be original writing with numerous sources. Furthermore, if freelancer does a good job, we will have at least two more similar projects in terms of scope and price needed right after this one is done.

The specific data science topic/concept is flexible. We would want about three different possible topics (keeping price and expertise of freelancer in mind) provided and we would choose one of the three topics to pursue.

For now, we just need a tutorial paper that goes through
1) The theoretical foundation to whichever data science topic/concept is chosen
2) how machine learning is implemented in tensor flow for data analysis purposes
3) A simple tutorial on implementing the data analysis itself in tensorflow using jupyter or something equivalent.

The Tutorial paper must have at least 8 academic references and 10 in-text citations. Length of the paper is flexible, although it should be at minimum about 12 pages long. Please only inquire about this project if freelancer has experience with TensorFlow.
