Linkedin Researcher and Candidate Sourcer

Good afternoon!

We are looking to for a virtual assistant or recruitment experience with extensive Linkedin experience to assist us with sourcing candidates for recruitment projects.

The main tasks will be:

Searching for candidates on Linkedin using the search criteria provided by us
Putting candidates into Excel spreadsheets
Sending candidates Linkedin connection requests and messages
Other duties mainly focused around Linkedin

Candidate requirements
You must have extensive experience of recruiting candidates on Linkedin
Experienced in Boolean search
Methodical
Excellent attention to detail
Any experience recruiting accountants will be very advantageous

The work will initially be on an ad hoc basis to start to get an understanding of our work

We want to build a long term relationship, and work together very closely as time goes on.
