We are looking for a business or contract attorney to draft a contract for us between our clients and ourselves. We are a painting and drywall installation business based in Chicago, IL and service Chicago and its suburbs.

We want to contract to include all formal components as legally necessary; such as terms and conditions, signatures, and being legally covered when it comes to specific laws, as well as anything else you think we may need, to keep us legally covered.
