We will incorporate a new company to manage our Asia activities. So we looking for a director of this company. At first your role as director will be to support the company incorporation and representation. The director is the representative of the company for our providers and clients. He shall have communication skills, be diplomat and responsive.
We offer :
300$ for successful company incorporation(2 meetings plan)
25$/month for nominee director service

The candidate must have

fluent English
communication skills
responsive
valid Passport (no travels planned)
Nice to have:
accountant experience

The candidate must be from Asia country (India, Philippine, Indonesia , Malaysia )
