Looking for a Facebook Instagram ads expert to run ads

We need experienced Facebook ads or Instagram ads expert to work with my agency for our business clients.

Looking for someone to :

• Create the ad copies
  
• Create ad campaigns, ad sets, ads
  
• Manage Ads
  
• GENERATE RESULTS! (Social ROI - Leads)

Type of clients we work with :

• Local coffee shops
  
• Restaurants
  
• Dentists
  
• Models/Photographers
  
• Music Teachers
  
• Some E-com stores as well (Shopify)
  
• A lot more!

We are looking for someone to run Facebook - Instagram ads for these types of clients. Our monthly pricing depends on how big or small the client is, what their budget is like, how much the client is willing to invest into ads, what type of results the client is looking for etc.
100 is just a basic start.
Our payment is based on the amount of value you are providing.

We are looking for someone to be a part of our team. NOT just some one-time freelancer. I want someone on my team whom I can trust, who is honest and be able to work with them long-term. Someone who is passionate about what they do and wants to provide value.

Requirements :

1. Fluent in English
   
2. Has a minimum 6 months of experience
   
3. Easy to communicate with
   
4. Understand how Facebook - Instagram marketing works
   
5. Is CONFIDENT in getting results

Starting pay: 100 per month per client. (approx., 10-20 hours a month per client). Again, the price depends on the type of client.
