Looking for Freight Broker Agents

Looking for people who have current relationships with manufacturing or distributing companies who currently use both full truckload and less-than-truckload. We have coverage for dry van, refrigerated, open deck, specialized, heavy haul, rail, as well as domestic and international air and ocean freight.

In regards to LTL, we have a system that immediately provides quotes for customers that need to ship 6 pallets or less. You can also set up your customers with direct access so they can view their quotes online, track shipments, as well as pay invoices.

This is a commission based job. You will earn 45% of the gross profit of each load for over the road and rail, and 25% of the gross profit for air and ocean freight that you book for your customers. You will set your own work schedule; and you are in control of what you can earn. There is no commission cap; Sky is the limit.

Requirements:
Computer with stable and high speed internet connection.
US phone number (we can also provide a number in case applicant does not have access to one).
Quiet work environment.
Ability to work without supervision.
Verifiable customer base.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the freight industry is preferred.

We will provide you access to company email, flyers and presentations in case you need marketing material to provide to new and potential customers. We will also provide access to the TMS for managing your customers shipments, viewing commissions, invoices that are overdue from customers, etc. We can also assist with covering your freight in case you need to help.

Openings are currently only for people with an active customer base, that is guaranteed to follow with the transition. These are long term positions. We want people who want to grow their customer base with us. Please do not apply if you have no experience in the US freight industry.
