Excelchat powered by Got It is looking for a VBA/Macro Expert to work alongside our Customer Success team. We have two shifts available. M-F 6pm-1am and M-F 1am-8am. All dates and times are in PST. The job will require greeting customers, diagnosing their problem and providing resolutions. You will essentially be the subject matter Expert to complete our Customer Success team. We are based in Silicon Valley but you can be located anywhere.
