Looking for an experienced data scientist/ machine learning expert for a very rudimentary problem.

Preferred experience with TensorFlow or other ML libraries. Need experience with different types of ML model and how to apply to different data problems.

Specifically, we have a data set of employee performance vs. employee attributes. We need to find a model that can find similarities and differentials in the attributes vs the performance. The output needed will be a model that can scale and highlight employees who are likely to succeed based upon the analysis.

Its really not complicated at all. We just need someone with ML library familiarity.
