I have a magento store (1.9.x latest) under development (95% is finished) and the programmer had abandoned the project.

I need someone to help me:
1. move all files to my live server
2. configure my server
3. help with a few pending issues
- move customer list
- move order (if possible and not too time consuming)
- some visual bugs
- fix issue with infinite scroll (IWD) ext.
