Over the past 8 years, we have used freelance developers, primarily in Asia, however, we now want to bring the role inhouse to amplify our impact.

You will be a massively driven, problem-solving, tenacious hard worker, who establishes expectations so that you can always exceed them. You will also have an analytical mind and a keen eye for detail and a desire to constantly push your professional boundaries and skills set.
You dont need to know all the SaaS we currently use, because you already have the attitude to over-deliver, meaning you will hit the ground running and will become a leading voice in the development of our strategy/direction.
You will be strategising, coding, testing and implementing configuration changes and assisting in the design of software applications to meet both functional and technical requirements.
You will be expected to drive and contribute towards major infrastructure decisions as well as ensuring our chosen platforms are secure and up to date.
