Medium publication assistant

We are looking for someone who can work full-time and can help with growing our online social media presence on Medium. We have a publication on Medium that we are looking to continue to build, so we need someone who can connect with new writers and communicate with them. It is generally a straightforward task with us providing the content. We just need someone who can complete a repetitive task and answer simple questions from writers in a short but high-quality manner. We are also looking to build our followings, so this would require strategic connecting with influencers. Again, the tasks are pretty simple. We just need an individual who is fast and can think creatively when necessary. If you think you could be an assistant for our publication, then wed very much like to work together.
