Migrate website on dedicated server Debian 9

I have installed PhpMyAdmin for MariaDB in my Debian 9 server, files of the website, and now I need to configure everything up to migrate the DNS.
I need to :
- Active HTTPS
- Migrate DNS
- Active SMTP
- Verify everything is ok

The DNS is active on another server at the moment, so everything must be fine before migration.
