MIM 2016 - New custom attributes import from SQL

Looking for a person experienced in FIM / MIM setup in production. Configuration related to new custom attributes to be imported into MIM from an SQL read-only table is required. These three attributes are to be sent to AD LDS instance which is already mapped using management agent. Information is required first how this needs to be done and what modifications will be required. How would new attributes will be imported into MIM as Management agent is already pulling data from SQL.

Destination attributes are already created in AD LDS instance so how would the mapping be done within MIM and the corresponding managament agent.

Total time expected in 3 hours or maximum 4 hours. Remote access is not available but share screen is possible to some extent.
