Mobile app to control Aroma diffuser machine

We are manufacturing some aroma machine which has wide controller and bluetooth controller.
Each of those machine can be controlled from the different mobile app. We need to create one app to control all those machine instead of letting our customers to download different app from the app store

We need also the customer to place order for refill oil from the app.
