Need General Web Help - Setup New Site, Basic AdWords, Work directly with non-tech owner

Hi there!

My mom has a small dog business and Ive been helping her with her website for years, but am now just too busy. I need someone to take over the basic web updating and AdWords tasks.

She currently has 3-4 extremely basic sites that were done under one of those online WYSIWYG sites. I will share some sample website with shortlisted candidates, it is very basic. I need this one and the other 2-3 to be recreated on any typical platform (Wordpress?) and installed in my existing HostGator account. I can update the DNS when were ready.

Once all of them are working, my mother would like someone she can call on the phone and discuss the simple changes (move this, change this picture, etc.). Then have the changes made for her. This happens once a month or so. She needs someone in the United States who speaks perfect English.

Lastly, I need someone to help her with her AdWords account. She doesnt need anything hard, mostly to maintain whats already setup. She needs help starting and stopping campaigns based on what dogs she has available.Or to reword an ad. Easy stuff.

So I needs someone who has good basic design/hosting skills, patient talking with a non-tech person and decent AdWords.

Im open to paying hourly as needs or possibly a flat monthly fee if reasonable.
