Need help setting up email marketing campaigns for my store

i need someone to take care of all my email marketing for my store i have multiple campaigns i want to run i will list them below with the number of emails required in each

1. newsletter to promotions: 7
2. category abandonment: 1
3. shopping cart abandonment: 3
4. checkout abandonment: 3
5. transaction emails: 3 ( order confirmation/ shipping confirmation/ return confirmation )
6. new customer ( after 1st purchase): 6
7. repeat customer: 5

i have more details within each campaign but this is the general overview
