Need Help To Move Files Based On Filename List Using Command Line

I have a folder on my Windows 10 computer which has several subfolders. Inside each subfolder, there are thousands of different types of files (documents, photos, videos, audio, etc...). I have a text file with a list of some specific filenames of different types of files. Each filename in the text file is listed on its own line. I need someone to create a script which must run through Windows command line to search for all those specific filenames within all those folders/subfolders and then move (not copy) those files to a different specified folder on my computer. There are 6 requirements needed for the script. I will share a Word document for full project instructions.
