Need help with negotiating getting money back from a Real Estate Education company

I got scammed by a Real Estate education company out of Utah.
They conned me into buying tax liens with their pushy salesman and now
I am stuck with useless land.
I spent a lot of money, in fact my life savings on this investment.
I need help in negotiating my money back from this company.
I have no interest to sue them because it would cost too much and they might just
go bankrupt while I am suing them.
I need someone that can negotiate terms with them and get as much money
as I can back.
