Need order management software developer

Since Magento 1 is no longer supported by some services, we have been considering the options of switching to other models
We need to build an order management & inventory system connected to Amazon / ebay platforms, which will work as follows :

-Order & inventory management with flexibile customization
-Multi-warehouse
-Synchronization with the HERMES, DHL, DPD( German) shipping service
-Fulfillment service for the third parties - clients keep their inventory in our warehouse and control the qty, easy API
-Dropshipping service - clients can sell our products on their online shops, with inventory qty control on our warehouse, easy API

We consider and evaluate various options, like magento2 with new modules, or ready-made order management applications or some combination of it.

You need the service of a specialist who has practice with different applications, who can offer the best option and calculate the budget
