Need someone who knows Wordpress to fix a couple of glitches in my site

I updated some plugins, php and Wordpress version and now some text and buttons no longer appear. I need someone to add these back in or alternatively restore a back up if that works? The site was designed by someone else about 4 years ago. It is a wordpress site but hosted locally.
