Need to get a new Facebook group set up. Should reach 20k members.

I want to build a competitor group to the Facebook group in order to
collect data from users. It is a Buy-Sell group.

What I need?
I want to get a large proportion of users using similar groups being members of my group and posting on my new group. Initially you might have to repost posts from the original group to this new group, but over time I would like this to happen organically. I would like to understand what you believe is an achievable number of members, and how much effort would it take on your end.
I am happy to run Facebook ads in order to increase the number of people subscribing the group.
I dont have any content / images etc. so you would require to build everything from scratch.
