Odoo development - auto expire quotes over 60 days

We need either instructions for how to configure an automated action in odoo version 10 to automatically cancel quotations that are still in the open state after 60 days. Or we need an odoo module for version 10 that does the same task.

We will soon be upgrading to version 11 so we would like this feature to also work in version 11.
