ONE SIMPLE QUESTION to answer regarding UK IP/ patent law and a liquidated company

I am looking for someone with legal expertise on UK IP/ patent law.

I have a query regarding using the IP from a company whihc has been liquidated (but previously owned by me); no formal trademarks etc.
