One-time geo data migration
The following approach applies to the unique structure of the four-level geo-hierarchy:

The following database is used as a basis
Three levels must be extracted from this: states, regions and locations

The top level Europe is created manually.
Only countries with a two-digit ISO code are migrated
contain.
Migration is limited to countries with the following IDs:
1,6,11,15,18,20,38,49,50,51,53,58,62,64,69,71,73,77,83,90,92,94,99,
100,122,123,124,127,140,153,154,166,170,175,176,182,185,187,189,207,212

This results in a total database of approximately 820,000
Entries. The migration process makes these unique created.

I have no idea of the expenditure, so the Budget can be changed.
