Online marketer needed for an online shop

Hello,

I am looking for an experienced online marketing specialist preferably from Spain but not mandatory, for creating and managing a successful online marketing campaign for a newly created online shop with a lot of products in it from different categories.

For now my target market is only Spain so all the marketing efforts must be positioned for that country.

So the goal is to start making sales as soon as posible on the Spanish market.

I am looking here for someone who can bring results with Google and Facebooks ads or another method that works.

So what I need from you is to tell me on a very rough level how much you think my monthly budget should be separately paying for ads and your charges for managing the campaigns?

Please provide realistic budget that will bring results.
