I need an operations manual that explains critical details of how the different functions and job tasks of my organization needs to run. I am hoping to find someone who has experience in writing these and can provide a little direction. I have posted my first draft of an outline / table of contents to give an idea of the areas I would like to cover. This is not an employee handbook of policies, rather a description of operations. I have about 50 to 60% of the content written in either Word or Excel. I need to get all of that transferred to a Work doc that can be used digitally and paper-based. It also needs to be done in a way that I can make updates to on the fly.
