oracle server and oracle client installation on win7

We need to configure the workstation to operate with oracle database on native language(Armenian).

Specialist should do the following testing installations and also provide us with written step-by-step instruction.

1. to install Oracle Database 10g Release 10.2.0.3.0 - 64bit Production
PL/SQL Release 10.2.0.3.0 - Production
CORE 10.2.0.3.0 Production
TNS for Linux: Version 10.2.0.3.0 - Production
NLSRTL Version 10.2.0.3.0 - Production

2. to install win7 to have Armenian in it
3. to install oracle client
4. to install MS Access
5. to make very simple MS Access form and to do insert/select operations to database in Armenian for testing.
6. to provide step-by-step written instruction on installations.

For your information, we have all this functionality correctly working on WindowsXp workstation.

Other details and accesses to the server and workstation will be provided.

Knowledge of Russian language is desired, but not mandatory.
