Part-time Business Intelligence Analyst - Located in Russia

JUNIOR BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST (Russian)

Cloudagents is a global leader in providing multilingual call center services using an at-home workforce. Cloudagents provides OmniChannel Front Office BPO services globally with more than 12,000 Native Speakers in 150+ languages and is currently looking for a talented individual for our international team.


Job responsibilities:

- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases and data systems
- Develop, modify, maintain and support custom reports (MS Excel, VBA) for both ad-hoc and ongoing needs
- Interpret data and analyse results
- Administer and support Internal ERP system, and Cloud based phone system, setup logical reporting dependencies
- Identify, analyse and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Create and maintain technical documentation for various systems, services and business processes including databases and reporting procedures
- Assist with the review, consolidation and reduction of data discrepancies
- Assist and educate users in the operations and scheduling of reports
- Work with 3rd-party vendors on support and maintenance issues


Payment: 8 EUR/hours - paid in USD monthly via Toogit

Requirements:

- Located in Russia and native Russian speaker
- Strong knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of and experience with reporting services (VBA)
- Proven working experience as a data/reporting analyst
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft products
- Strong command of English both written and spoken
- Able to work 4-5 hours a day (preferred between 8am-6pm MSK timezone)

Advantage Skill:

- Bachelors degree (graduate students are also welcome) or equivalent experience
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
- Knowledge of and experience with further reporting services and database tools (i.e. PowerBI, SQL) and programming (VBA, Excel macros)
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
- Computer-related certifications in association to database administration and/or reporting
