PHP and MySQL data manipulation

I have a database. The database is in mysql
I have a php script, the php script works great.

Here is what the PHP script does.
1) It takes a DATA.csv file and imports it into mysql
2) It takes second data2.csv file and imports it into mysql.
3) Once the data is in the database, it then uses PHP to do a MATCHING.
For example, if data1.csv text matches data2 text it updates the database and puts in a new field and it says MATCH

the script works great.

Here is what I want the script to do
1) Make the script run the REMATCH CODE without having to re-upload the CSV files into the database

2) Put a INBOX box on the page and then ECHO the contents of the databasefield
b) put a SET UPDATE mysql code button so I can update the content via the inputbox

3) For some reason, whenever I upload data2.csv into the database it like SKIPS one line, the line it skips is a long line with about 2000 characters, so you have to fix it so I can import this long line

4) display the data on a NEW page and order it by IDKEY.
