Polish Law - property brokerage fee - Freelance job in Legal

Looking for a Polish lawyer to draft a short 1-2 page brokerage fee agreement for the sale of 2 assets located in Krakow, Poland.

Would be a standard brokerage fee agreement. Just want to make sure its in line with any applicable polish laws around brokerage / advisory fees in a real estate deal.
