Processing Analyst

We are looking to add Analysis to our processing team to assist in capturing as many sales as possible for international ecommerce brands. This role will assist the department in maintaining healthy MIDs by working in conjunction with Load Balance team and Chargeback teams.

Responsibilities

- Build/Configure/Manage - Load Balancing Sheets
- Ensure Load Balance Dashboards are calculating and behaving properly
- Build new features and capabilities into Load Balancing Dashboards
- Build NEW Dashboard that shows BIN VS CBs analysis
- Ensure CB Curve % is accurate based on new monthly data, adjust logic accordingly, split test test multiple models simultaneously to see which is most accurate
- Ensure Load Balancing Stats are tracked accurately
- Build Cap analysis Calculator
- Update Historical data that is relevant to the LB Team
- Analyze Network traffic for refund and Chargebacks , provide detailed reports

- Track Rebill % on all MIDs, notify LB Team when it drops below 55%
- Track FR Analysis
- Track Decline Trends

KPIs
- Ability to forecast CBs within 85% accuracy
- Ensure Rebill rate % doesnt drop below 55%
- Ensure Analysis is accurate and alert mgmt of threshold breaches
