The co-ownership is for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom beach front condominium apartment unit
Main purpose of the property is to serve as an investment property
The co-owners will be renting the property out primarily to tourists on shot term basis and / or vacation rental basis

The property is located in Puerto Rico and as such will be reviewed and updated by local attorney to be consistent with local state laws.
