My website is made in PHP, CSS and HTML. The websites already has good structure and development. One of its pages contains a list of links.

I need a software expert to pull data from files/links on another website that provides public information, and display the information on my site, in a very organized fashion so that each heading in each document has its own shortcut/link on my websites page to jump to each section. My website will contain a list of links, each link will bring the user to a page displaying the information from the file.

There are two websites that supply the information. They supply the info in PDF, XML, HTML, and also in tables with links provided(CVS and XLS).

I would like all the data to be pulled once and stored on my website, so that my website wont crash upon changes to the other website, I would like to have this done about once every 1-2 years.

I will ask the chosen programmer to sign an NDA so please expect this.

The price is negotiable depending on how many hours it will take, but I would like to agree on one fixed price.

I will need lots of similar work coming up in the future so I am really looking for a new team member.
