Require an experienced recruitment personnel that could support me in hiring candidates for a new startup IT software and hardware solutions company in Dubai. The HR support should be based in Dubai and should know UAE labour law requirements.

HR Responsibilities Required:

1) Draft the job description
2) Post the AD
3) Shortlist and Prescreen candidate
4) Support in the interview stage
5) Draft employment contract as per UAE law
