Responsive Web App

Need a front end developer to take my design and make it a responsive websit for desktop, ipad and mobile view.

I have designs just need you to make it responsive with media queries.

I would like it to be styled in CSS GRID layout - 12 column as that is how i have design positioned for 12 column grid. - Has to be the new css grid layout not flex grid only. Please explain that you undersatnd what I need.

We can use java script and jquery.
