After upgrading Windows 10 from version 1709 to 1903 with SCCM task sequence we are noticing small percentage of devices reset default app association to Edge. We are noticing edge taking over PDF and IE browser extensions. Error occurs when user logs in for the first time after the upgrade. We are looking for a way to capture the users default app settings prior to the upgrade and restore them if they were changed to edge post upgrade. As well as pin point why this issue is happening.
