We need to;
1. Setup Salesforce for an e-commerce business, integrating Woocommerce with Salesforce using Zapier and capturing Customer Data in the correct fields (still to be established so suggestions needed),
2. Set up the web to case code with 3 data capture fields and branded artwork,
3. Setup Live Chat code with custom images, pre-chat form and offline web to case code. Currently doesnt pull into Omni-channel so needs fixing,
4. Letterheads and Quick text formats created so they are branded,
