Searching for interior designer for reconstruction of city house

I am about to start reconstructioning of an old town house.
I would need help to brainstorm how to design the interior of the house. That would include the overall set up of the rooms in regards to colors, material, kitchen, bathrooms, etc.

I will share a pdf with some visuals with shortlisted candidates.
