Seeking CS/Inbound Sales/Admin/Operations ROCKSTAR for Fast Growing Crypto News Site

Hello amazing freelancers of Toogit :)

I am in search of a customer service/inbound sales/operations rockstar to join our growing Crypto News Site. We are looking for someone for the long-term. So please only serious applicants apply.

Your role will include (but is not limited to):

Managing our inbox which gets a ton of inquiries every day. From interested advertisers, gust posters, collaborators etc. We need your help to get our inbox organized and ensure all inquires are responded to.

Further to the above, many of our inquires are sales related. So sales experience is a plus :)

Various admin tasks to help coordinate our various team members.

Anything you can contribute on the operation side will be a huge plus!!

REQUIRED Experience/Skills:

1) Organization: This is a remote position, and we dont believe in micro-management. Therefore, you must excel at managing your own time, delegating, and monitoring work to others. You must be able to differentiate between when you are responsible for the work and when you are accountable for the work getting completed.

2) Communication: You must be skilled at communication with customers in not only a timely manner, but being able to find common ground and help solve problems and issues that come up.

3) Accountability: Doing what you say youll do is paramount.

Experience we value:
Work on any crypto related projects
Experience in online sales
Work with a large amount of inbound emails/requests
Admin/operations
